YS agency is looking for a Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Develop new business relationships to support company growth and expansion.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Identify partnership opportunities.
Build and manage a strong network of industry contacts.
Establish relationships with targeted customers.
Generate and qualify new business leads.
Reach defined KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, with good command of English and Russian.
