Junior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our affiliate marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office position for a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills. A person with great time management delivering high-quality results and the ability to work without the need for constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive optimization
- Marketing campaigns set up and monitoring
- Industry monitoring to identify trends and opportunities
- Support integration of tracking systems and APIs
- Affiliate marketing strategies development and execution
- Regular performance reporting

Requirements

Essential:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to details
- Proficiency in Excel and general PC usage
- Basic understanding of performance marketing terminology
- Experience working with marketing performance reports
- Understanding of digital lead generation principles and funnels
- Strong sense of ownership and results-oriented mindset
- English language proficiency
- Self-motivation and productivity
- Continuous learning and adaptability
- Time management

Preferred:

- Familiarity with tracking platforms or tools
- Basic understanding of API integrations
- Solid problem-solving skills

Any of:

- Practical experience running ad campaigns on Google Ads
- Familiarity with SEO principles and basic on-page/off-page optimization
- Experience in email marketing
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms or partner networks
- Experience in B2B or B2C lead acquisition campaigns
- Ability to create or brief landing pages for lead generation purposes
