About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Unity3D Developer to join our growing team. As a key member of our development department, you will work on exciting projects involving WebGL and multiplayer game features. We value clean code, solid architectural principles, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Unity3D applications, with a strong focus on WebGL and multiplayer functionality.
• Implement new game features and systems using best practices (SOLID, design patterns).
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Manage version control with Git in a collaborative environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance, especially for WebGL builds.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Unity3D development experience.
• Proven experience with WebGL deployment and optimization.
• WebGL plugins ( Javascript layer )
• Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Proficient with Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2/B2+) for daily communication, documentation, and meetings.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Unity projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices or cloud hosting for multiplayer backends.
• Experience WebGL on mobile platforms
• Understanding of multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, or similar frameworks).
