Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service.

• Identify customer needs and provide information about products.

• Monitor and achieve sales department targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Maintain order and cleanliness in the store.

• Advise customers, handle objections, and resolve complaints.

• Operate POS systems and cash registers.

• Suggest ways to improve sales (plan marketing activities, adjust store design).

• Inform customers about any special offers or discounts available in the store.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and luxury brand customer service.

• English proficiency at Intermediate level.

• Motivation to work and grow within an international company.
