Influencer Hunter/Outreach Manager (работа с блогерами)

We are Famesters - a global performance agency in the influencer marketing field. Our mission is to help advertisers and agencies to scale their business and revenue through an effective marketing channel - influencers and content creators on social media.

We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Influencer Hunter (Outreach Manager) to join our teams and help us develop our client portfolio and lead advertising campaigns for our clients with bloggers around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, launch and process communication with influencers through email, DMs, or other channels;
• Collect prices, statistics and other key information from bloggers;
• Negotiate and persuade bloggers to accept our advertising offers under the required terms;
• Secure agreements and pass the deal to account managers for further handling;
• Keep detailed correspondence in English and Russian;
• Use tools and databases for blogger search (ready-made databases will also be provided);
• Achieve results: reach out to bloggers by any means and close the deal.
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in communication, outreach, sales or influencer marketing will be a plus;
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Basic written English (B1–B2) for correspondence;
• Ability to work with influencer search tools/databases (or readiness to learn quickly);
• Persistence, focus on results, ability to deliver deals under set conditions.
