Retention Agent to Almaty, Kazakhstan (Crypto Industry)

We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced Retention professionals with a proven track record in top management roles (1+ year), ideally within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.

This is a full-time, in-house role based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, with full relocation support provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a top-level retention role (Team Lead, Head of Retention, Regional Manager, etc.)

• Strong background in B2C retention (experience with high-ticket clients is a plus)

• Experience or deep understanding of the crypto/finance sector

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Willingness to relocate and work from our office in Almaty
