Senior Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant with extensive experience
in Airtable (or similar platforms), API integrations, and Master Data Management
(MDM). This is a senior-level position for a technical leader who can design and deploy
scalable solutions for complex workflows while ensuring enterprise-grade data
integrity and governance.
In this role, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on implementer,
driving process automation initiatives through modern no-code/low-code platforms
and advanced scripting. You’ll work across multi-vendor, distributed teams in global
organizations and deliver robust solutions without the need for constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
• Architect end-to-end, robust, and scalable workflows leveraging Airtable or
similar platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of Master Data Management
(MDM) strategies to ensure consistent, accurate, and secure data across
systems.
• Develop and deploy custom scripts and automations
using JavaScript (preferred) to optimize workflows and enhance system
efficiency.
• Ensure data models align with enterprise data governance standards and best
practices.
API Integrations & Automation
• Design and manage API integrations between Airtable and external systems
using tools like Make (Integromat), Workato, or custom middleware.
• Automate complex workflows and data processing pipelines to support largescale
implementations.

• Employ advanced data cleansing techniques, fuzzy logic, and automation to
uphold data integrity across multiple platforms.

Implementation Delivery
• Act as a strategic advisor on process automation opportunities leveraging nocode/
low-code tools.
• Collaborate with distributed, multi-cultural teams across complex organizations
to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Drive adoption of MDM principles across all workflows, ensuring alignment with
enterprise data management strategies.
Stakeholder Management
• Engage with clients to understand business processes, translate them into
technical solutions, and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on Airtable best practices,
API integrations, and MDM techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
• 5+ years of experience with Airtable or similar platforms (e.g., Smartsheet,
Notion, Coda).
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript (or similar) for advanced scripting and
custom automation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Master Data
Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of database concepts, data modelling, data governance,
and data stewardship.
• Expertise in API design and integrations using RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication,
and integration platforms like Make, Zapier, or Workato.
Process & Workflow Automation
• Ability to architect and implement large-scale, robust workflows capable of
handling complex business logic and high data volumes.
• Advanced skills in data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization
techniques to maintain data quality across multiple systems.

• Proven success working with multi-vendor, distributed, multi-cultural
teams in complex organizational environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and deliver
without handholding.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration,
Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Airtable, Make, MDM solutions (e.g., Informatica, Talend,
Profisee), or related platforms.
• Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms like Bubble or OutSystems.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and secure data
handling practices.
