Manual QA Engineer

We are a fast-growing software development company with headquarters in the US and UAE, specializing in custom mobile and web solutions. Our portfolio spans industries including fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, AI, and etc. We are looking for an Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test plans across functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and usability testing.

• Analyze requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios.

• Perform detailed testing of web and mobile applications in different environments and configurations.

• Identify, document, and report defects clearly to the development team, and verify fixes.

• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure complete test coverage and high product quality.

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

• Maintain test documentation and update test cases as product evolves.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.

Requirements:

• Passion for traveling (crucial),
• Good knowledge of English (B2+) (crucial).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadlines (crucial).

• Experience with functional, usability, regression, smoke, sanity, and cross-browser testing.

• Experience testing REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Proven experience testing Web and Mobile applications.

• Ability to plan and write detailed, clear test cases and scenarios.

• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
