This role supports processes of planning, controlling & analysis of management reporting for market. It carries out period-end closing activities, preparation of financial statements as per IFRS as well as submission of reports to HQ and local management.
FPR&A SPECIALIST (MARKET)
Requirements:
- University education in Economics/Finance is required
- 1 year of relevant experience in Finance in a multinational FMCG company is required
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills & capabilities
- Good project management skills
- Ability to prioritize under time pressure
- Fluent in Russian. Very good knowledge of English (at least intermediate, written and verbal). Excellent knowledge of Excel & Power Point.
- Knowledge of SAP, GPM, MS Office environment
Responsibilities:
- Arranges for financial planning process for all cycles (ASP, LE, PMM, OL, SRC) for market in line with corporate guidelines: provides with & validates forecasts of financials statements, provides with calculations for product cost at factory, aggregates analytical data for draft financial plans. Looks for improvements in the processes & provides with respective recommendations
- Carries out period-end closing activities: performs all postings & transactions in an accurate & timely manner, including provisions, FI/CO & manual ones, being responsible for relevance, accuracy & completeness of management reporting, in line with IFRS requirements. Prepares a report on actual production on a monthly basis
- Supports preparation of reports with variance analysis for the actual financial results vs plans, identifying relevant drivers. Assists in providing management with all analytical data that supports recommendations for improvements under various scenarios
- Supports & provides expertise in financial planning to other employees, both in & outside of Finance
- Supports in testing activities in SAP where needed (upgrade, new modules, etc.)
- Supports with financial data for PLM/ BAP/ MEMO, performs analysis of feasibility & profitability of new investments, launches, etc.
- Ensures that JTI invoice prices in SAP are correct and properly maintained in line with valid contracts
- Performs JSOX controls within the area of responsibility
