We are a boutique IT recruitment agency with office in Warsaw. We help startups, scale-ups, and enterprises in Europe and the U.S. hire top tech talent. Our model is premium, personal, and global. Clients trust us because we deliver results and build long-term partnerships.
Our team is small but powerful: a Managing Partner (client management & growth), an Account & Operations Manager, experienced Recruiters and Sourcers. We now need a People & Operations Partner to make sure our team runs as smoothly inside as we deliver outside.
This is a part-time role (with potential to grow). You’ll be the person building structure, improving morale, and making sure our recruiters and sourcers are set up for success.
🎯 What you will do
Recruitment of recruiters & sourcers: Find, interview, and hire the right people into our team when needed.
Contracts & onboarding/offboarding: Own contracts, onboarding flows, and exit processes.
Performance & KPIs: Develop fair, clear KPIs for recruiters and sourcers. Track results and prepare simple reports/presentations.
Compensation design: Work with leadership to develop pay & bonus schemes aligned with company results.
Team experience: Run check-ins with new hires (after 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month). Hold 1:1s for feedback, growth, and engagement.
Culture & rituals: Keep HR playbooks updated, organize small team moments (anniversaries, retros, celebrations).
Brand & recognition: Research and apply for industry awards (e.g., “Top Recruitment Firms,” “Best IT Contracting Company”).
✅ What we expect
3–5 years of experience in HR/People Ops (generalist, talent partner, or ops role).
Proven ability to design KPIs and pay/bonus schemes.
Hands-on recruitment skills (ideally for recruiters).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to balance people focus with process focus.
Comfortable in a fractional/part-time setup with remote collaboration.
Fluency in English and Russian
