Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer for a fintech project in Uzbekistan. The role involves testing a 3D eco-simulator game that gamifies financial services, allowing users to earn rewards and develop their virtual environment.

The customer is a leading fintech company in Uzbekistan with over 20 million users. Founded in 2011, it has grown into a multifunctional platform that offers payments, transfers, utilities, loans, and lifestyle services in one application. With strong growth, thousands of partners, and a major regional partnership, it is recognized as a market leader in digital financial services.

The project is the development of an innovative 3D mobile game in the eco-simulator and farming genre, designed to introduce gamification into the core processes of the main application.

Responsibilities:

Testing game functionality in WebGL (mechanics, UI/UX, controls).
Verifying correct game behavior inside WebView on Android and iOS.
Performing cross-browser and cross-platform testing (mobile devices, browsers).
Evaluating performance: FPS, loading speed, stability, resource consumption.
Testing behavior under unstable internet conditions, interruptions (calls, notifications).
Performing regression and acceptance testing of new builds.
Creating and maintaining checklists, test cases, and bug reports.
Collaborating with developers and PMs to clarify requirements and resolve bugs.
Verifying integration of the game with the native app (authorization, payments, navigation).
Preparing test reports and product quality status updates.

Must-haves:

Manual testing experience for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android) for 2+ years.
Experience in GameDev, particularly testing mobile games.
Experience writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports (Jira, YouTrack, Trello, or similar).
Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing basics.
Proficiency with DevTools (Chrome, Safari) – checking logs, network, console.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (to understand errors and verify integrations).
Experience with log capturing and traffic sniffing tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Android Studio Logcat).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git – at least viewing logs and switching branches).
Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience testing mobile games built with Unity WebGL.
Understanding how WebView works and its behavior across platforms.
Experience testing games or apps with intensive graphics (FPS, lags, stability).
Knowledge of client-server interaction principles (REST, WebSocket).
Understanding of load testing basics (to identify performance issues).
Experience working with real devices (various Android/iOS versions and browsers).
