Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's buildings, facilities, and supporting infrastructure across all three KMK countries.
Lead a team of technicians and contractors to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of facility management services, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and project management.
Assess and prepare the technical components of commercial proposals, bids, and tenders for the organization's buildings and infrastructure services in the KMK (Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan) countries.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize the performance, safety, and sustainability of the organization's facilities and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and project management, to align the buildings and infrastructure operations with the overall business objectives and strategies.
Requirements:
BSc in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing the operations and maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings and infrastructure.
Candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively coordinate and oversee a team of technicians and contractors responsible for the day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and project management of the organization's facilities and infrastructure.
Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
min 5 years of experience in managing small and large-scale B&I, O&G, or Mining projects
Required Qualification and certificates: BSc in Architectural Engineering (engineering design, structures, and construction management) will be an advantage, BSc in Engineering is must
