- Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's buildings, facilities, and supporting infrastructure across all three KMK countries.
- Lead a team of technicians and contractors to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of facility management services, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and project management.
- Assess and prepare the technical components of commercial proposals, bids, and tenders for the organization's buildings and infrastructure services in the KMK (Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan) countries.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize the performance, safety, and sustainability of the organization's facilities and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and project management, to align the buildings and infrastructure operations with the overall business objectives and strategies.
- BSc in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing the operations and maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings and infrastructure.
- Candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively coordinate and oversee a team of technicians and contractors responsible for the day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and project management of the organization's facilities and infrastructure.
- Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
- min 5 years of experience in managing small and large-scale B&I, O&G, or Mining projects
- Required Qualification and certificates: BSc in Architectural Engineering (engineering design, structures, and construction management) will be an advantage, BSc in Engineering is must
- Proficient command of English, Russian, and Kazakh languages, as our business involves interactions with clients in diverse linguistic environments
