Marketing project manager

What you’ll do:

• Conferences & Events: Manage Tangem’s participation at international events, including stand booking, contract negotiation, stand design and build, merchandise planning, shipping, and on-site logistics.
• Retail Marketing: Oversee the creation of in-store brand presence at major retailers (e.g. Virgin, Walmart, Best Buy). Source and manage local contractors, and handle the full process from design and production to installation.
• Video Production: Lead the development of marketing videos for Tangem’s website and partners, managing the full cycle with both internal and external teams.
• Merchandise Production: Manage end-to-end merchandise creation, from concept to production and delivery.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to other creative marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
• In other words - pushing and controlling the performers 24/7

What we expect:

• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confidence in dealing with vendors, contractors, and partners.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand representation.
• Proven experience in marketing, events, or retail project management is a plus.
