Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence in Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in Uzbekistan and regional markets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with promotional efforts.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients and partners to secure profitable deals.
- Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, including pipeline progress and revenue forecasts, to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all business dealings.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development
- Strong understanding of Uzbekistan’s business landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English and Uzbek/Russian
- Experience with CRM tools, market research, and strategic planning.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
