First-Line Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability;

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;

• Guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of projects, services, and solutions;

• Act as a bridge between IT and other business units, facilitating transparent and efficient communication;

• Ensure technical solutions meet quality standards, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability (technical debt management);

• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for team members’ professional growth;

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations;

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping scale IT operations and increase efficiency;

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in IT, with a solid technical background;

• Proven experience in team leadership (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or IT Manager);

• Strong people management skills: ability to inspire, coach, and retain talent;

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and priorities;

• Higher education in IT or a technical discipline (Master’s degree is a plus);

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above (confident communication in international environments);

• Knowledge of modern development, support, or DevOps practices is an advantage;
