Responsibilities:

Proven experience in HV OHL projects (≥220 kV; preferably 500 kV).
Strong technical knowledge of tower erection, stringing, and testing.
Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
Familiarity with IEC / IEEE standards and client-specific specifications.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (planning) and MS Office (reporting).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering.
Experience: 8–10 years in HV OHL projects (≥220 kV; preferably 500 kV).
Technical Knowledge:
- Tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, and OPGW installation.
- Survey verification and tower alignment.
- Familiarity with IEC / IEEE standards.
- Core Competencies:
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera & MS Office.
- Good communication skills with client and contractors
