Executive Product Lead/ CPO

At Selfwork we’re creating a next-gen AI-powered freelance marketplace. Our goal is bold: to change how businesses and specialists work together — openly, efficiently, and with growth in mind.

We’re looking for an Executive Product Lead who will own the vision and lead the team through the launch and beyond. This isn’t about just delivery — it’s about strategy, execution, and scaling internationally.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate, refine and execute on our existing product and go-to-market strategy.

• Lead the launch and deliver clear results: user growth, transactions, revenue.

• Align product, dev, design and marketing around one roadmap.

• Build analytics processes and ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Work closely with global partners and stakeholders.

• Scale the product to new markets within 6–12 months.

• Grow and inspire the product team.

What we expect:

• 10–15+ years in product management, with senior leadership experience.

• Proven corporate experience in enterprise environments is required.

• Successful international product launches (marketplaces, fintech, SaaS a plus).

• Strong strategic mindset and proven go-to-market experience.

• Solid understanding of metrics, P&L, and business models.

• Data-driven approach (analytics, cohort analysis, BI tools).

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications.

• Russian (Native/C2), English (C1+).

• Commitment and energy to thrive in an intense startup environment.

• Bonus: experience as a co-founder or product founder, with a successful product launch.
