Your Responsibilities
Organization and maintenance of accounting, financial and economic activities, and tax accounting of the company.
Development of accounting policies, including measures for their implementation.
Control and accounting of loans, accrual of loan interest.
Preparation of VAT returns; experience with 0% VAT rate confirmation, VAT refunds from the budget, and VAT calculation.
Preparation of tax returns and calculation of corporate profit tax and other taxes and levies.
Preparation, review, and submission of complete sets of financial statements.
Ensuring the accounting of cash flows and preparation of financial activity reports in accordance with financial accounting standards; ensuring the accuracy of financial data; controlling the correctness and timeliness of reporting documentation for both internal and external users.
Participation in the implementation of management accounting information systems; ensuring the accrual and transfer of taxes and fees to various budgets; controlling the accurate and timely recording of all transactions in the accounting and tax ledgers.
Payroll processing for employees and calculation of payroll taxes.
Ensuring the timely receipt of income, processing of financial and banking transactions within established deadlines, repayment of loans, interest and salary payments, transfer of taxes and fees to various budgets and state extra-budgetary social funds, and processing of payment orders to banks.
Analysis of the company's financial and economic activities; participation in developing proposals aimed at ensuring solvency, preventing and liquidating excess inventory, increasing profit, reducing production and sales costs, and strengthening financial discipline.
Monitoring the execution of the financial plan and budget, sales plan (works, services), profit plan, and other financial indicators; controlling the proper use of funds and the designated use of working capital (both equity and debt).
Preparation of monthly management reports; creation and reversal of allowances for doubtful debts and provisions for employee benefits (salaries and social taxes).
Preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
Liaison with tax authorities and social funds; representing the company's interests before regulatory bodies.
Collaboration with audit firms during audits, as well as consultation on ongoing issues.
Interaction with the management company, execution and processing of received requests.
Management of the finance and accounting department staff. Supervision of subordinates' performance of their job duties.
Performing additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
What We Expect From You
Over 5 years of experience in finance.
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of accounting, as well as tax and currency legislation of China.
Knowledge of strategic management and hands-on experience in staff management; ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Experience in payroll and payroll tax calculation.
Experience in maintaining HR records and understanding of the labor law of China.
Soft skills: systemic thinking, result-oriented approach, ability to work with large amounts of information, leadership skills, ability to make decisions independently, strong general knowledge, persuasion and conflict management skills, high degree of loyalty to the company, stress resistance, and an analytical mind are highly valued.
