We’re looking for a Data Analyst to support Product and Success teams with actionable insights derived from product and user data. This role is focused on uncovering patterns in customer behavior, tracking key metrics like activation and retention, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to guide product decisions, improve user experience, and optimize internal processes based on data.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user behavior in Mixpanel and similar tools to uncover trends in product usage and churn.
- Build reports and dashboards for internal teams to support product planning and decision-making.
- Support discovery and validation of product hypotheses with quantitative data.
- Write complex SQL queries, generate detailed reports, and analyze extensive data sets.
- Collaborate with Product and Success teams to enhance user retention and streamline processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate actionable insights clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency at B2+ level.
