You'll play a key role in developing innovative sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and enhancing our employer brand to attract top-tier candidates across multiple functions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain networks of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Employer Branding: Help shape and promote our EVP through various channels.
- Process Optimization: Implement data-driven improvements to our recruitment workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is mandatory.
- Сonversational English level.
- Strong expertise in Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with ATS systems (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
