MANĀ 75 is a Mediterranean restaurant in Barcelona and the largest paella restaurant in Europe, with 500 seats. Every month, we welcome over 16,000 guests, with up to 7,500 advance bookings in peak season.
Our website attracts over 100,000 monthly visitors, and we have 87,000 Instagram followers.
Currently, we are operating at nearly 100% capacity thanks to efficient marketing. The next step is to optimize ad budgets, attract new guest segments, and increase profitability.
The Marketing & PR teams handle promotion. The marketing team consists of 4 specialists (Paid Media, Loyalty, SMM, SEO). Paid traffic is managed by a Performance Manager who oversees not only ad accounts but also the overall paid acquisition strategy. We are now expanding the traffic team to increase channel efficiency — you will work alongside the current Performance Manager
Responsibilities
- Optimize advertising campaigns and run systematic A/B tests;
- Research and test new target segments;
- Launch and manage paid campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google) based on historical data;
- Improve creatives and booking landing pages;
- Segment audiences (tourists, locals, groups) and package campaign ideas in English (copy localization handled by copywriter);
- Monitor and optimize KPIs (CPL, CPA), dynamically adjust bids, and reduce CAC;
- Build a scalable campaign library for fast deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven results in performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok);
- Experience managing budgets of €10,000–€25,000/month with agility to adjust based on seasonality, weather, holidays;
- Strong skills in A/B testing, analytics, and campaign management libraries;
- Pro-level analytics expertise (GA4, GTM, Meta), including offline conversions;
- Strategic thinking and media planning skills;
- Organized, systematic, and capable of reporting effectively;
- Conversational English (interview in English); Spanish or Catalan is a plus;
- Case studies in offline businesses (restaurants, retail, hospitality) are a plus.
Success Metrics
- Occupancy Management: Maintain 100% restaurant occupancy at all times;
- Cost Efficiency: Reduce booking/acquisition costs;
- Revenue Uplift: Increase average check size and guest spending;
- New Segments: Grow bookings from new target audiences (tourists, groups, couples);
- ROAS: Continuously improve paid channel performance.
