International Sales Specialist

We are launching a new sales direction focused on international clients. Our team provides digital support services, including software setup, access troubleshooting, and consulting. We are looking for ambitious candidates ready to grow with us in international sales.

Work schedule: Daytime shifts in Moscow time (for example, 16:00–23:00 or 15:00–22:00 MSK), which correspond to morning and afternoon hours for U.S. clients.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and outreach to English-speaking clients.

• Presenting services, identifying client needs, and creating interest.

• Handling initial questions and keeping clients engaged in dialogue.

• Transferring qualified leads to the senior sales team.

• Recording interaction results in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Motivation to earn and achieve targets.

• Confidence in cold calling and communication.

• PC literacy, readiness to learn new tools.
