Head of CEO’s Office / Chief of Staff

We are looking for a Head of CEO’s Office / Chief of Staff - a trusted partner and right hand to the CEO and Korzinka Senior Management (KSM). This role is key to managing strategic priorities, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring smooth execution of company initiatives.

What you will do:

• Act as a strategic partner to CEO and KSM, mapping and prioritizing key business moves;

• Coordinate KSM’s agenda, prepare for and follow up on Board and Committee meetings;

• Guide KSM members to improve team efficiency and transform ideas into action;

• Partner with Strategy and PMO teams to drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution;

• Track company operations analysis, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of agreed actions;

• Keep KSM informed and aware of risk factors before critical decisions;

• Monitor and track completion of special projects and initiatives on behalf of senior management;

• Plan, organize, and conduct KSM meetings and workshops;

• Identify areas for organizational improvement and propose actionable solutions.

What we expect:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Chief of Staff, Head of CEO Office, Strategy/PMO lead);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify risks and opportunities;

• High attention to detail, excellent planning and prioritization skills;

• Ability to work under pressure and drive results across multiple stakeholders;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Fluent in Russian and English.

• Master’s degree or professional certifications;

• Experience building internal processes and procedures;

• Proven track record of leading organizational change or transformation.
