We specialize in Google Marketing Platform and Facebook Ads Advertising. Google Analytics (360), Google Tag Manager (360); Looker (Data) Studio; Google Ads, Search 360; Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Web Analyst to lead our web analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to foster growth in the digital industry. This role is well-suited for an individual who is passionate about data and is eager to guide clients in making informed decisions based on website performance.
Responsibilities:
◆ Lead the Web Analytics projects in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting website data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other web analytics and marketing platforms (mostly Google stack).◆ Support all aspects of web analytics implementation, including tracking audit, implementation plan, setup, documentation, tools configuration, reporting and user administration.
◆ Analyze and manipulate large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
◆ Identify and interpret trends and patterns, providing data-driven recommendations and optimization strategies for clients.
◆ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to design and implement tracking solutions (tag management, conversion tracking) and build dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive better business decisions and highlight opportunities for improvement.
◆ Continuously expand expertise in web analytics best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools and technologies.
Requirements:
◆ 3-5+ years of experience in web analytics (agency and/or client side), including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
◆ Strong expertise with web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred), tag management solutions (GTM), data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and BigQuery.
◆ Ability to ask the right questions to understand business problems and define measurable business goals.
◆ Proficiency with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Visual Website Optimizer, or Optimizely).
◆ Deep knowledge of current best practices, standards, and methodologies in web analytics.
◆ Strong numerical, statistical, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, trends, and actionable insights in data.
◆ Familiarity with JavaScript, especially in the context of tag management, 3rd-party marketing tags, and troubleshooting analytics implementations.
◆ Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
