Moderator (English Learning Facilitator)

English Zone is a modern learning space with 11+ years of experience and 4 branches. We believe that learning is natural, fun, and effective when done together. That’s why we don’t just “teach” — we learn with our students.

💡Your role:

As a Moderator, you will guide students through interactive English sessions, inspire them, and keep the atmosphere positive and engaging.

We don’t use conventional textbooks — instead, we follow our own methodology that helps students gain real knowledge and skills.

Most of the preparation materials are already ready for you, so you can focus on making lessons dynamic and fun.

📚 What you’ll do:
- Guide students in interactive activities: quizzes, contests, role plays, acting, even singing — creativity is welcome!
- Analyze the target audience: understand what students enjoy, what motivates them, and what they expect from a Moderator.
- Adapt your approach based on feedback and students’ reactions.
- Keep students motivated, curious, and confident throughout their learning journey.

🗣️ We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English (B1–B2+)
- Friendly, positive, and stress-resistant
- Creative, engaging, and open to experimenting with new formats
- Comfortable using a laptop and modern tools
- Willing to learn and develop in the field of interactive education — we’ll guide you through our methodology
Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is a plus.

⏳ Work conditions:
- Contract: 6–12 months
- Lesson duration: 80 minutes
- Schedule: Mon–Fri:
1) Part-time: 2–3 classes/day
2) Full-time: 4–5 classes/day.
