AI/BI Project Manager

Omadli Group is a Boston-based data analytics and AI company.
We’re building advanced AI systems and need a Project Manager who can own projects end-to-end, keep deadlines tight, and make sure onboarding, releases, and client handovers run smoothly.

What you’ll do

-Define scope, timelines, deliverables, QA steps, and success/failure notification processes for projects like Voice AI agents, RAG AI agents, custom AI solutions, and BI projects;
-Manage teams using LLMs, prompt engineering, n8n, LangChain, voice AI agents, BI;
-Write and maintain SOPs, client-specific documentation, onboarding materials, and testing checklists;
-Make sure onboarding workflows for each client are followed exactly as designed and kept up to date;
-Track projects in Asana with templates for deadlines, dependencies, and release steps;
-Provide daily status reports on delivery, blockers, risks, and deadlines;
-Communicate early when extra time or resources are needed, with clear impact on timelines;
-Ensure success/failure notifications and QA checks are set up, tested, and monitored before and after launch;
-Coordinate with QA on sign-offs, releases, and post-launch monitoring to confirm smooth functionality;
-Set up client handover playbooks so clients know what was delivered, how to monitor it, and what to do if something breaks;
-Track risks, maintain escalation logs, and follow version control best practices during releases;
-Handle post-launch monitoring, bug logging, feedback collection, and iteration planning

What you need

• Fluent English and strong communication skills;

• Experience with LLMs, n8n, LangChain, prompt engineering, AI, BI, SQL, Python;

• Skilled in QA design, SOP writing, and client onboarding;

• Solid project tracking experience (Asana or similar);

• Basic knowledge of version control and data security;

• Available to work US Eastern hours and give clear, proactive updates.

• After testing, $1,500 or more based on skills and performance; testing period depends on you; if you can show us great results in a short period, we will be happy to increase the compensation and share the company's profit.
