Our client is a company developing an AI-powered parenting platform helping families raise neurodivergent children, starting with ADHD. The app delivers evidence-based parenting strategies, microlearning, and emotional support — empowering parents to transform daily routines and improve their childrenʼs emotional well being. The company had grown to $1.1M ARR with 20% MoM growth, strong product-market fit, and ESA (Education Savings Account) program approvals in multiple U.S. states.
Now, the company is ready to scale institutional sales — selling therapy clinics, and healthcare providers. The company is seeking a third co-founder to join the executive team as Chief Commercial Officer B2B, owning all institutional growth and building a scalable, high-impact sales engine.
The Opportunity: This is a rare chance to step in at the founder level of a high-growth, mission driven company with proven traction. You will own all B2B strategy, execution, and revenue — shaping how the company becomes the go-to solution for schools and clinics supporting children with ADHD and other learning differences. Youʼll be both a strategist and a closer: designing our market approach, building relationships with decision-makers, and leading the team that turns those relationships into long-term partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
- Set the Vision: Define the institutional go-to-market strategy across schools, school districts, therapy clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Own B2B P&L: Take full accountability for B2B revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Lead Sales & Partnerships: Drive high-value deals from initial outreach to multi-year contracts and clinical networks.
- Build the Team: Hire, train, and lead a high-performance B2B sales and account management team.
- Shape the Product: Work with product and content teams to tailor offerings for institutional needs, compliance, and integration.
- Expand Nationally: Leverage governmental programs and reimbursement opportunities to open new markets.
- Be the Face of B2B Represent Company at industry conferences, with investors, and in key stakeholder meetings.
Youʼll Thrive Here If You
- Reside in the USA and plan to reside there in future (residence or work permit is mandatory).
- Have 5 years experience selling to healthcare providers.
- Understand procurement cycles, compliance, and funding structures.
- Worked previously in tech companies, understanding basics of the product & marketing processes in tech.
- Have a track record of closing 6 to 7-figure institutional deals and scaling B2B revenue.
- Bring existing relationships in education and/or healthcare networks.
- Are both visionary and execution-focused — you can design the playbook and run the plays.
- Are motivated by impact at scale and ready to commit as a true co-founder with significant equity.
