Senior Engineer – IT Infrastructure Support

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our servers, networks, and IT assets. You’ll ensure stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure, while also driving improvements and introducing modern solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep servers, networks (LAN, WAN, Internet), and systems running smoothly and securely.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, supporting users across the company.

• Install and configure new hardware, software, and updates.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly backups, ensuring data safety and availability.

• Handle IT procurement: evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.

• Protect the company from cyber threats by maintaining and upgrading security tools.

• Work closely with the IT team to innovate, improve systems, and introduce best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Professional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a big plus.

• 4–8 years of IT infrastructure experience (manufacturing or industrial environment is a bonus).

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware.

• Hands-on troubleshooting and help desk experience.

• A proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and a sense of urgency to solve problems quickly.
