Your day-to-day:
- Serve as the lead for any business question or need that requires an analytics solution or insight within a particular functional domain for the market.
- Translate business questions into tangible analytics solutions and influence business leaders with data-backed answers;
- Gather, document, and manage business and ad hoc requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Create detailed functional specifications and design documents for new reporting solutions and enhancements;
- Own the analytics products in a particular functional area (e.g., commercial, brand, consumer, programs, etc.) for the market;
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex business situations to identify problems and opportunities. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable, strategic improvements;
- Design and implement sophisticated data products and analytics solutions to support strategic business decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business models are based on rigorous data analysis;
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback;
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements based on in-depth data analysis.
Who we're looking for:
- A higher education degree in business analytics, economics, statistics, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of analytical approaches and methodologies for turning data into business insights;
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI; experience with data visualization tools to present business models and insights;
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling;
- Knowledge in SQL for data extraction and manipulation;
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights;
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
