To support our strong growth, we are looking fo experienced Accountants – Russia to join our team

Location: Moscow, Russia

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, expenses, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions in compliance with company policy.

Assist in monthly closing, preparing vouchers, supporting schedules, and reconciliations.

Support tax filings, payroll accounting, and statutory reporting under local regulations.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Cooperate with external parties including auditors, tax bureaus, vendors, and banks (daily settlement, payments, and account reconciliation).

Assist with accounting processes related to import/export transactions, including payments, customs documentation, and foreign currency settlements

Provide assistance to the General Ledger Accountant and Finance Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with proven hands-on experience in import/export trade accounting

Basic knowledge of Russian accounting and tax regulations.

Skilled in MS Excel and accounting software.

Proficiency in Russian & English. (Chinese is a plus).

Responsible, organized, and a good team player.
