We are looking for Head of the System and Business Analysts to join our team
Primary Focus:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance, support, and coaching to BAs and SAs, driving skill development and continuous learning within the chapter
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to define and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Resource Optimization: Proactively manage and optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficient utilization of team capacity
- Solution Design & Implementation: Guide BAs and SAs in designing and delivering effective, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions for complex business processes
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to BA/SA processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Team Leadership & Management: 4+ years' experience leading and mentoring high-performing BA/SA teams. Proven ability to build collaborative, high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Mentorship & Empowerment: Demonstrated success in coaching and developing BA/SA team members, increasing their skills and expertise.
- Technical Solutioning: Extensive (4+ years) experience designing and implementing complex, robust technical solutions within business processes. Deep understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows
- Resource Planning & Management: Proven ability to effectively plan, allocate, and monitor resources, balancing project needs with team capacity
- Business Process Expertise: Proficiency in business process modeling and optimization using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and Miro
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in managing expectations and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Languages: Upper-fluent in both English and Russian
- Fintech/Banking Domain knowledge will be added value
