Platform Team Scrum Master/IT PM

TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.

Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. We are looking for talented individuals with Scrum Master/IT Project Manager experience to join our team

Primary Focus:

• Helping the Product Team in successful completion of the Project/Commitments
• Helping the Team in the Planning Process on Project Level and Iterational Level
• Managing the Project/Commitments Timelines, Dependencies and Risks
• Managing On-Time Delivery Process of the Team and enhancing Team Performance/Productivity
• Communicating with all involved parties and stakeholders
• Determine the Impediments, reporting and escalating to the relevant Roles and Management; helping the Team in effective resolution
• Making the Follow-Ups of the Project/Commitment Progress
• Ensure the Team is following the proper Ways of Working and agreed Workflow
• Manage the Team Resources effectively
• Facilitate the Team Level Meetings
• Providing constructive feedback to the Team Members
• Participating in Quarter Plannings
• Full Involvement in Day-to-Day Team Level Operations and Activities
• Enhancing the Team Members Motivation and work closely for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ year experience in IT Project Management
• Good understanding of SDLC, WBS, Product Life Cycle and Project Management Phases
• Good Understanding of Agile Practices and Frameworks, experience applying in Practice, especially Scrum/Kanban
• Good Understanding of Team Delivery Metrics
• Communication, Mentoring and Leadership Skills
• Initiative and Problem Solving Skills
• Effective Conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
