Product Manager
Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will provide technical and application support to sales teams and dealer networks to facilitate successful sales execution. You will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing customer requirements and needs, as well as conducting competitive analysis. In parallel, you will develop training materials for new and existing products and deliver training sessions for sales teams and dealers.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze the technical and competitive advantages of products through comparative studies of sites, competitors’ products, and market activities.
Enhance demonstration quality and operator training proficiency within the distribution network.
Visit dealers and customer sites to understand their needs, product applications, and use cases.
Develop compelling sales presentations, videos, and materials, and prepare TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) data based on product advantages.
Propose product development and improvement plans through comparative studies of competitor products and coordinate strategies with headquarters.
Create and refine sales tools, including customer success stories, sales pitches, and standard terminology for product introductions.
Provide integrated product solutions to key industrial customers through a comprehensive understanding of their working conditions.
Identify product improvements and configurations for equipment across various applications in the GCC market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Product Design, or Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in heavy equipment sales (Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Rollers, Graders, Bulldozers, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and training in heavy construction equipment.
Excellent writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Strategic mindset with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
Ability to build and maintain business relationships with integrity and trust.
Proven knowledge of product applications and customer practices.
Willingness to travel as required, including domestic and international trips.
