Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned ITSM Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion in Kazakhstan and other countries. This is a high-responsibility, independent role for a self-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and representing RixMind in the market. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen with a solid understanding of ITSM solutions and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and actively identify growth opportunities within the market.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with customers, decision-makers, and partners.
  • Represent RixMind at industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and solution pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the international team to align business strategies and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ITSM solutions, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning RixMind as a leading partner in ITSM and ITAM.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and related IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at C-level.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in representing companies at professional events and building market presence.
  • Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is a plus.
