About the role

We’re expanding our backend team and looking for an experienced Senior Go Developer to help build a scalable, microservice-based processing platform in the fintech & cryptocurrency domain. Your focus will be scalability, reliability, and security, with a strong emphasis on crypto payment systems.

• Build and evolve high-load infrastructure for cryptocurrency payments.
• Design, develop, and maintain Go microservices with Kubernetes, gRPC, RabbitMQ.
• Operate and integrate proprietary blockchain nodes (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Solana).
• Implement secure low-level transaction signing and broadcasting to blockchain networks.
• Develop and support internal infrastructure, monitoring, and observability tooling.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure service reliability.
• Contribute to system architecture and uphold high code quality standards.
• Partner with DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation (systems, APIs, integrations).

• 7+ years of commercial experience in Golang
• Solid experience with microservices, testing, and documentation.

• Hands-on experience building payment systems or transaction processing platforms.
• Knowledge of low-level cryptography, key management, and digital signatures.
• Experience with blockchain integrations or DeFi services.

• A comfortable office in central Limassol (Cyprus).
