Business Central Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to lead pre-sales engagements, design tailored ERP solutions, and manage end-to-end implementations. This role requires a strong foundation in finance, deep expertise in Business Central and Power Platform, and hands-on experience with third-party integrations and complex data migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities including client workshops, solution presentations, and proposal development

• Assess complex customer business challenges and design comprehensive solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, and relevant third-party extensions

• Design and implement third-party integrations to extend Business Central functionality and ensure seamless interoperability

• Address and manage complex data migration requests, including legacy system analysis, mapping, and transformation strategies

• Oversee full project lifecycle: from discovery and design to implementation and post-go-live support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and technical consultants

• Contribute to internal solution frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Strong educational background in finance (degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics)

• Demonstrated success in pre-sales engagements and client-facing solution design

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Experience designing and implementing third-party integrations

• Proven ability to manage complex data migrations from legacy systems to Business Central

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• English level C1+

Preferred Skills:

• Domain expertise and experience with ERP implementations in industries such as wholesale/retail, manufacturing is a strong plus

• Microsoft Business Central and Power Platform Certifications are a plus
