Обязанности на рабочем месте:

Senior Import-Export Specialist has responsibility for customs clearance process coordination of J&J goods flow in & out Russia. This position includes providing effective customs clearance services, developing and administering procedures and processes and meeting customer demand, revenue objectives, legislation and compliance regulations while minimizing risk and overall costs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and implementation of import and export customs clearance processes for commercial and non - commercial shipments aligned with company goals (cost, time, risk minimization) and performed in accordance with legislation, compliance requirements and internal procedures.

• Overall import & export process control: documents check, customs clearance monitoring, shipments tracking, communication with suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers & customs authorities to ensure products availability within given timeframe

• Document preparation and provision to customs broker for arranging customs clearance and daily communication to settle all arisen questions

• Delivering performance in accordance with department’s KPI; department KPI Dashboard maintaining

• Execute shipments uploading in TMS to monitor goods movement with daily shipments update

• Control of money balances at customs accounts and leftovers refund, initiation and control of payment requests to customs.

• Special customs procedures arrangement (for ex. Repair abroad, temporary import etc): understanding of requirements and possible risks, discussion with customs broker and communication to Business Units

• Special permissions obtaining from government authorities (licenses from Ministry of Commerce and Trade, FCS notifications, etc)

• Acting on company behalf at customs authorities (customs value correction, receipt of classification decisions, administrative clauses, additional requests, etc) and addressing all queries within stated timelines and meeting legislation and compliance requirements

• Focal point for stakeholders in terms of customs clearance, risks, any delays or issues.

• Cultivate E2E partnership to achieve shared goals and solve business problem

• Control contract conclusion and maintenance for logistics and customs clearance services

• Monitoring and control of customs clearance agents performance and customs clearance KPIs; participation in operational reviews with logistics providers

• Vendor management control & verifying bills for services rendered

• Maintaining, update and keeping customs-related data in product database

• Uphold familiarity and keep tracking of changes of rules, policies and regulations in customs environment

• Identify & elaborate areas for improvement in import & export processes

• Development, implementation and update of SOPs and process flows

• Participation and support to strategic internal projects of the company

Что ожидаем от кандидата:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related area
• Thorough expertise of customs regulations and related areas
• Proven record of working with customs activities not less than 3 years.
• Expertise in complex industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals etc.
• Good computer skills (MS-office) and preferably basic understanding of TMS
• Fluent Russian and English
