Financial analyst \ Финансовый аналитик

We are a small FINTECH specialized in modeling of balance sheet of banks. We have always been profitable and enjoy working together in a good spirit. Everybody is free of its time and organization. We mostly work from home.

We are looking for an analyst to reinforce our technical team for a major project in ALM (Asset and Liability Management).

You don’t need to know our business which is highly specialized. You need to be ready to learn and we will teach you.

What are Your Responsibilities:

• You will work with the customers to get adequate data,
• You will feed the system with these data and produce the parameters in order to run the simulations under the supervision of a senior,
• Analyze with the team the results and write reports and recommendations,
• You will interact with the customers to explain the calculations and assist the senior in their advisory missions,
• You will participate internally to the improvement of our system and interact with the IT team for the implementation of new functionalities (specifications, testing)

Required profile:

• 3 to 4 years in University in Statistics, Probability or applied mathematics or mathematical finance. Accounting background with a diploma in financial management is also acceptable.
• Excellent oral and verbal English is mandatory, Russian, and Kazakh are a plus, French also,
• Comfortable working with figures,
• Knowledge of Excel and Word,
• Knowledge of accounting,
• Notions of mathematical finance,
• Good communication skills,
• Rigorous and reliable,
• You are ready to work from home with some visits to make to customers,
• You are based in Kazakhstan.
