Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
Provide product and service information to clients
Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Collaborate with internal departments (support, sales, analytics)
Contribute to achieving team goals and performance targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus
Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong computer literacy and quick learning ability
Well-organized, communicative, and flexible
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
