DWH Team:
Our bank runs on data-driven processes, and the DWH team plays a central role in enabling that. We are responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines from all internal and external sources, developing data marts for reporting and analytics, and creating a toolchain that simplifies working with data across the organization.
As we expand, we’re developing a new class of analysts focused on enabling domain teams - such as product and risk analytics - by helping them structure, improve, and scale their ETL processes. These analysts act as a bridge between business logic and data engineering, ensuring the delivery of reliable, well-documented, and production-grade data flows.
Challenges that await you:
- Collaborating with domain teams to formalize and translate their data needs into structured ETL requirements
- Analyzing potential data sources both in raw and processed layers to identify optimal points of integration
- Designing logical data models and supporting teams in implementing efficient, scalable ETL pipelines and datamarts
- Coordinating and optimizing data flows between domain-specific processes and core DWH components
- Contributing to the DWH knowledge base by documenting data lineage, integration points, and business rules
- Promoting a strong data culture among analysts
