Human Lab is looking for a Junior Account Manager who is motivated to grow in IT sales and account management and ready to join a dynamic outsourcing IT company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and analyze incoming requests: accept requests, clarify requirements, and find suitable specialists.
- Communicate with developers: check their availability, ensure they meet client requirements, and clarify details in their CVs.
- Maintain the CRM system: update developer profiles, track availability.
- Support sales processes: organize interviews, assist with estimations, and provide information to clients.
Requirements:
- English B2+.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation.
- We’re looking for people at the very start of their career — no previous experience in account management or IT is required. What matters most is your interest in the field, willingness to learn, and readiness to become part of the team.
