Junior Brand Manager

• Support in the development, planning, and execution of the marketing calendar;
• Assistance in developing communication strategies and digital activations (including SMM);
• Organization and preparation of information and communication materials in collaboration with agencies;
• Support in the development and launch of new products, as well as participation in sessions on product positioning;
• Packaging adaptation;
• Market and competitor analysis;
• Coordination with suppliers and support of documentation flow;
• Preparation and submission of monthly reports;
• Collaboration with sales teams on brand-related activities.

• 2+ year of experience in marketing (internship, assistant role, or similar);
• Experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage;
• Ability to work with research results, reviews, analyses, and reports from the analytics team;
• Good command of Excel;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above.
