We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to ensure stable and high email deliverability across all our communication channels. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our technical infrastructure, managing domain/IP reputation, and developing a long-term strategy to increase inbox placement and engagement.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistently high deliverability rates for transactional and marketing emails
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and audits (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configurations, blacklist monitoring, etc.)
- Manage sender reputation and proactively prevent blacklisting
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to align campaigns with best deliverability practices
- Monitor global compliance standards (GDPR, ESP policies)
- Analyze key email metrics (Open/Click/Bounce/Complaint Rates) and provide actionable recommendations
📌 Key Tasks During Probation (First 2–3 Months)
- Month 1: Conduct a full audit of email infrastructure and fix critical vulnerabilities (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS, IP reputation). Provide a detailed report with improvements.
- Month 2: Optimize database segmentation and subscriber engagement; implement monitoring tools (Postmaster Tools, InboxAlly, etc.) with weekly reporting.
- Month 3: Achieve >98% delivery rate on new IPs/domains or stabilize existing infrastructure; prepare a strategic 12-month roadmap for deliverability improvements.
