AI Product Engineer

Yo folks! We’re expanding 🙂. We’re looking for AI Product Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Build and integrate LLM-powered workflows into production systems.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven features (Voice AI, agents, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs).
- Work with vector databases & graph databases to enable memory, reasoning, and retrieval.
- Design backend services and APIs (with occasional frontend work in React/JS to ship features).
- Actively communicate progress, blockers, and new ideas with the team.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in software engineering
- Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience building and integrating LLM-powered workflows
- Knowledge of ML concepts and practical experience with:
- Voice AI frameworks/services (e.g. LiveKit, Pipecat, Daily.co, Agora, Janus, or audio/voice APIs like ElevenLabs, Rime, Deepgram, Speechmatics, Whisper (STT), Coqui TTS)
- Agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel)
- Vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, Vespa, or FAISS)
- Graph databases (e.g. Neo4j, TigerGraph, ArangoDB, or Dgraph for knowledge graph integration)
- Ability to quickly learn/adapt to new tech (we move fast!)
- Bonus: experience with cloud platforms (we use GCP for compute & storage, Azure for inference)
- Proactive, full ownership mindset, and strong communication skills

We Offer:
- Remote-first, with potential relocation to the US after a year (we sponsor visas).
- Performance-based stock options (we’ve allocated 12% of the company to ESOP).
- Base salary (depending on experience):
- Junior: $600–$1,500 / month
- Mid: $1,500–$2,700 / month
