Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
● A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in a related field;
● Strong expertise in CV/ML domain, eagerness to propose their own vision of how the task can be resolved and a goal can be achieved;
● The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment;
● Technical and practical expertise in Python is required, as well as knowledge of any other programming language will be a plus;
● Strong knowledge of Computer Vision fundamentals and classical image processing algorithms;
● Strong theoretical knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning including the modern and innovative approaches in NN architecture;

● Experience with generative AI (for images and videos domains): theoretical knowledge of architecture and practical experience of transfer learning (adapting) big generative models;
● Knowledge and usage experience of AI assistants to increase productivity and speed of task completion including AI assistants integrating to IDEs (like cursor, VS code copilot etc.);
● Usage experience of generative models to increase productivity, like data augmentation and visualisation, knowledge of theoretical base for such models;
● Solid understanding of practical machine learning techniques, including data collection, training, evaluation, and iterative improvements;
● Proficiency with such libraries and frameworks as numpy, scipy, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.
● Portfolio with any projects related to Augmented Reality will be a great plus;
● Experience with segmentation (semantic, instance, panoptic) will be a plus;
● Experience with generative 3D reconstruction NN models as well as classical 3D reconstruction algorithms will be a great plus;
● Experience with 3D modeling basics (like working in Blender, 3ds Max) will be a plus;
● A proven ability to design and implement complex algorithms, and be analytical and creative in a problem-solving environment;
● A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field;
● Strong communication and presentation skills;
● At least an intermediate level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

We're currently seeking a skilled Computer Vision engineer to augment our team's capabilities and expand our product's existing functionalities to include new product categories.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Utilizing Machine Learning and Computer Vision technology to address real-world issues for our market-ready product.
- Actively contributing to business development and growth by presenting innovative and unconventional concepts.
- Demonstrating your work to colleagues.
- Working closely with other techies, such as software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to make sure that Computer Vision solutions meet the product's requirements and help the business grow.
- Keeping up with the latest research and trends in Computer Vision and Machine Learning, and using this knowledge to make our product even better and more awesome!
