Join Our Team as an Account Manager – International IT and Consulting Agency (Almaty Office)

We are a global IT and consulting firm headquartered in Kazakhstan and are currently looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This position plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, nurturing strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction in English-speaking markets.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Almaty time)

• Work Format: Office-based only (Almaty)

• Compensation: $1200 base salary + performance-based bonuses

Application Requirements (applications not meeting these will not be considered):

• English Proficiency: B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

• Experience: Demonstrated experience communicating with native English speakers (e.g., in work, internships, or projects)

• Business Communication: Strong written and verbal business communication skills

• Tech Skills: Confident PC user with solid knowledge of Excel

• Key Soft Skills: Empathy, persistence, adaptability, and emotional resilience

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and email (English only)

• Provide consultation and support to current users

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships

• Consistently meet and exceed performance KPIs

• Compensation: $1200–$2000 per month, plus monthly bonuses
