Responsibilities:
Organize and submit the latest Azerbaijani tax and accounting laws to the Chinese Accounting Manager.
Organize and submit fixed asset accounting laws and standards.
Verify accounting standards for imported fixed assets and confirm whether bank fees for customs VAT and tariffs are included in asset value.
Maintain and verify the Azerbaijani-language fixed asset ledger, calculate and accrue depreciation.
Review supplier contracts, communicate revisions, scan and archive document packages.
Communicate with banks and prepare documents for cross-border payments (China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan).
Report rental payments for temporarily imported drilling rigs, submit related tax and banking documentation.
Resolve tax deduction issues with counterparties.
Prepare and revise contracts and documents for tax authorities, customs, and suppliers.
Calculate and verify monthly VAT returns and quarterly advance income tax payments.
Provide guidance on the use of the company’s bank commercial card and reimbursement standards.
Process and reimburse employee shared living expenses (utilities, internet, transportation, etc.).
Monitor unissued invoices for advance payments, review and categorize invoices in the tax system.
Verify HR worksheets, calculate social insurance contributions, and optimize the calculation plan.
Organize invoices, settlement statements, and contracts, and communicate with the consulting finance company for bookkeeping.
Calculate lease expenses for current and future months for long-term rental contracts.
Support the finance company manager in preparing and executing payments (especially on Mondays).
Follow bank cash withdrawal procedures and apply the most appropriate method under current accounting standards.
Execute urgent payments upon the Chinese Finance Manager’s instructions, including weekends if necessary.
Download and organize bank and tax payment receipts daily and submit to the Finance Manager.
Prepare and submit documents to the tax audit department when required.
Complete procedures for the company’s registered capital.
Maintain effective communication with the Chinese Finance Manager, promptly provide requested information, and complete assigned spreadsheets.

Requirements:
Only Male candidates
Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in international companies).
Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani tax and accounting regulations.
Experience in fixed asset accounting and depreciation.
Practical knowledge of tax reporting (VAT, advance income tax).
Experience working with banks, tax authorities, and suppliers.
Languages: Azerbaijani and English required, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with finance managers and consultants.
Willingness to use a personal computer for work.
Motivation to learn new skills and develop language abilities.

Working Conditions:
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
Lunch break from 13:00-14:00, sometimes from 12:00/12:30-14:00
If workload allows
On Saturdays, early leave is possible if workload allows.
Collaboration with consulting firms and finance managers; work is distributed within the team.
