Relevant experience in public relations, marketing, advertising or journalism;
Fluent in English (German language can be considered an advantage);
Good IT knowledge;
Very good written communication skills with extensive knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation;
Very good verbal skills with the ability to easily communicate with external parties on behalf of company;
Available to travel outside the country for trainings.
Your Responsibilities
Contact person for local / national authorities, public when needed or at the request of company management;
Writing and editing internal and external communication materials such as internal newsletters, media releases, websites content, etc.;
Support for sales/ marketing management in various marketing and sales projects (forums, fairs and exhibitions, festivities, presentations / project launches);
Continually keep informed of the sectors that can influence the company's overall strategy, create reports with gather data and forward it to company management;
Responsible for the budgeting and operative execution of PR activities of the company (events, conferences, official discussions and interviews);
Contact person for external translation agencies and responsible for negotiation of collaboration contracts.
