About the position:
KT&G Global Kazakhstan is looking for an Independent Business Manager responsible for the West Region to lead regional growth through strategic sales execution, distributor engagement, and field team leadership. This role demands strong coordination, analytical thinking, and a commitment to enhancing brand visibility and performance.
What You'll Do:
- Sales & Market Audit: Monitor sales volumes, market share, and brand expansion; analyze AC Nielsen and distributor data; oversee product launches and marketing execution; conduct field visits and report findings.
- Team & Distributor Collaboration: Recruit and train field force; set and track KPIs; ensure accurate data input; evaluate team performance; coordinate with distributors and regional teams; lead negotiations with key partners.
- Brand Loyalty & Trade Relations: Strengthen partner relationships through field visits and contract proposals; enhance brand loyalty via strategic engagement.
- Market Research: Audit distributor and competitor activities; analyze new product feedback; ensure timely and accurate reporting; propose new market monitoring tools.
- Leadership: Manage regional sales team; conduct performance reviews; implement training and motivation programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field; compliance-related training/certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
