Investment Specialist / Investment Broker (AgroTech / ESG / Startup)
Compensation: Success fee — 5% of the raised amount (up to €100,000 per deal)
Responsibilities:
Searching for and attracting investors (venture funds, private investors, family offices) for an international agri-drone project
Conducting presentations, negotiations, and participating in deal closures
Preparing investment materials: teaser, pitch deck, investment memorandum
Risk assessment, financial analysis (NPV, IRR, DCF), contributing to fundraising strategy development
Close cooperation with the project founder and technical team
Optionally — participation in the project’s advisory board or receiving equity
About the project:
Agrodrone Europe is a technological platform connecting farmers and drone operators. We address the lack of modern, precise, and environmentally friendly solutions in Europe’s agricultural sector.
Core activities:
Crop spraying, fertilization, seeding, greenhouse painting and washing
Application of heat-reflective coatings, geodesy, cleaning of solar panels and facades
Franchising, drone pilot training, NDVI analytics
ESG component: reduction of CO₂ emissions, water savings, precision farming
The project has successfully launched in Poland. In 2025–2027, we are entering the markets of Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Bulgaria, and Kazakhstan.
Funding target: €2,000,000
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in investments, venture capital, or M&A
Strong skills in deal structuring, preparing investment materials, and unit economics calculations
Business-level proficiency in English
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors
Experience in AgroTech, ESG, or technology startups is a plus
Conditions:
Work on a success fee basis: 5% of the raised amount
